As Catholics, we believe that the Eucharist is the truly the Body and Blood of Jesus. We believe that at the consecration of Mass the substance of bread and wine is really changed into the substance of the Body and Blood of Jesus. This is the ONE part of the Mass that we should not be moving about the church. Going to the restroom can wait! We need to be attentive at this time. Also, if we truly believe in the Eucharist, we should make sure that we participate in Mass every Sunday and during the week when our schedules allow.

On Mondays, Jesus present in the Blessed Sacrament (the Eucharist, the consecrated host) is placed on the top of the Tabernacle waiting for our face to face visit with Him. We need to make the time to have some one on one time with Him. You are also invited to make whatever sacrifice you need to make to be present for the communal praise and worship of Jesus beginning at 7:00 p.m. The presence of Jesus in the Eucharist is His great gift to us.

The Sacrament of Reconciliation is offered from 7 to 8 p.m.
